Welcome to CrowdBeam. Your privacy is critically important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is collected, used, and protected.

1. Data Controller

The core data controller responsible for your personal information is UAB RM7, registered in Lithuania. The technical infrastructure and hosting of this web page are provided by Robotikosmokykla VšĮ.

2. Information We Collect

When you use the CrowdBeam mobile application, we may collect the following:

• Account Information: If you choose to sign in via Google, we collect your email address, name, and basic profile information to sync your purchases and data across devices.
• Purchase History: We store a record of your active subscriptions and one-time purchases (via Google Play) to grant access to Premium/Enterprise features.
• Technical Identifiers: We collect non-personally identifiable usage data, crash logs, and device IDs to ensure app stability and performance.
• IP Address & Approximate Location: When the app connects to our services we record your IP address and a coarse, IP-derived location (country and city). We use this strictly for security, fraud and abuse detection (e.g. detecting account sharing), and aggregate analytics. We do not use it to track your precise location, and it is accessible only to our administrators.
• Media (Opt-In): If you choose to "Auto Upload to Cloud", holograms/media captured in the app are uploaded to our secure Firebase storage for easy QR code sharing. Access to these files requires the exact cryptographic URL.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information exclusively to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the app's functionality.
• Validate and orchestrate your subscription status across your devices.
• Host and sync your hologram media (only if you opt-in to cloud features).

4. Data Deletion & Account Removal

You have the right to completely delete your account and all associated data at any time. We make this process explicit and accessible within the app:

1. Open the Settings screen within the CrowdBeam application.
2. Scroll to the Account section.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This action is irreversible. It instantly revokes your Google Sign-In session, permanently deletes your database record on our servers, and purges all locally stored usage and subscription data.

Note: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscriptions. You must manage active billing directly via the Google Play Store.

5. Security

We implement industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/SSL) and at rest. User accounts are guarded by Google Firebase Authentication, meaning we never store or see your passwords.
